We are getting ready to place a food order for food box distribution and shelter. We have had so many families reach out that we are starting to run out of food really quick! If anyone would like to help us pay for getting this next load of food it would be such a blessing 🙌 we have had a lot of families with kids, elderly and those that just need some help! These loads are $200 and it's unreal how much we receive! Please help us out because we don't like turning anyone away for lack of enough food. This week alone we have had several needing food and we have already ran out. Again, these are for those in shelter, those that we deliver boxes to that can not come get them and are in dire need of help. God bless ya'll ❤️

Something I've had on my mind alot lately and I think I need to clarify this! "Who we help" the last event we done was serving a meal that the ladies from Mt Nebo church cooked and served, followed by a great service from their pastor and some amazing singing. It wasn't a fundraiser it was "Plant the seed" in hopes of getting the word of Jesus to someone who needed it. In the planning stage we were told by a certain place in the county that we couldn't do any events there " because of the people we serve!"
The PEOPLE WE SERVE are elderly people with no where to go, or just need a extra meal, a food box. Yes we've had elderly people stay with us with us with no addiction problems, like that should matter. Judgment is the problem! We serve a lot of people with no addiction just as much as we do those with it, if not more! But standing outside looking in JUDGING people can't look passed the, we'll that's who they help, they must have a problem! We have young people that have been kicked out of their homes with no where to go until they can get back on their feet. We have families that need food for their kids, some come in needing glucose tablets because their diabetic and can't afford them!
Am I the only one that thinks a person's life is more than just what has brought them to need help? Because I'm not doing it, it takes a lot from someone to actually ask for help.
We can't help on nothing!! So what is someone's life worth to you? To this county? I see all kinds of posts about help this one, help that one. But where are you when it comes to helping? If we are shunned from doing a community event with a church group and singers at a certain place in town, then what exactly should we do? We need help to keep things running like they need to, absolutely can not do it on less than $100 in our account.
People have promised to help teach us grants, to use grant writers and do grants for us but that is gone like the winter frosts!
