During our February mission trip we learned about the preschool that was formed at the Elementary School of Bonaba. This school was formed because the children accompanied their older siblings to school to participate in their lunch program.

During our March trip, participants contributed over $300 to provide age-appropriate books for the students. They are overjoyed! Thank you to everyone who has helped us to impact these young lives.

🌟 Exciting initiative from Project Safety Nets-Sight For Senegal! We are actively working to provide clear vision in children to ensure a quality education. Our custom visual glasses help create an optimal learning environment for students at Cité Radio Elementary School in Rufisque. We are grateful to the French students at Thomas Edison High School in Minneapolis, MN for securing the funds to sponsor this project. Join us in our commitment to a better educational future! 📚✨

Join us in celebrating the incredible Project Safety Nets March Mission Team – a dynamic group of seven powerful women embarking on a mission to impact lives in Senegal! From extending compassion and micro loans to those affected by leprosy to supporting the maternity ward, engaging with the Women if the Fulani Village at Bonaba, empowering the Japplante Women, and collaborating with Cite Radio School, our team is dedicated to fostering positive change.

Excitingly, our mission extends to the new initiative, Sight for Senegal! During our mission trip the team of trained refractionists will be conducting eye exams, and providing the gift of clear vision to those in need. This groundbreaking initiative ensures that individuals can receive an eye exam and glasses on the same day, contributing to a healthier and more vibrant community.

Our mission kicks off on March 14th through the 29th. We solicit your prayers and it is not too late to make your tax-deductible contribution to support these endeavors.
