Hundreds gathered Thursday at the old Robbinsdale High School for a final farewell concert by the Robbinsdale City Band, marking the historic 1956 building's closure.

Are you looking for a retreat from the heat and smoke? A reminder that this week's Robbinsdale City Band concert is INSIDE at Robbinsdale Middle School. There will be food trucks and activities starting at 6, with our concert starting at 7 pm. Come join us!

The Robbinsdale (MN) City Band will be performing a few times over the next couple of weeks. We invite you to join us for any, or all of these concerts. All of the concerts are free and open to the public.

July 10, 6:30pm, Hollingsworth Park, Robbinsdale

July 16, 7:00pm, Robbinsdale Middle School auditorium, Robbinsdale. “One Last Note,” a musical farewell to the historic Robbinsdale High School.

July 23, 6:30pm, Pets in the Park, Kelly Park, Robbinsdale

July 26; 2:00pm Lake Harriet Band Shell, Minneapolis

And Mother Nature changed her mind last minute. Tonight’s concert at Brookview Park has been called due to rain and wind.

Good afternoon friends The Robbinsdale City Band concert scheduled at Brookview Park is still happening. The jazz band will kick things off at 6:50, with the concert band to follow. We hope you will be able to join us for a fun evening.
