The Give and Care Foundation was founded by Michael Bratsch to benefit youth in Foster Care or Adoption. Michael understands the importance of having a permanent family because he was adopted out of Foster Care at an early age into a loving home. Michael wants all kids to feel the same unconditional love he was Blessed with. He believes this can be done by investing into children’s lives through m
entoring, volunteer work, and providing resources. Also, through partnerships with other organizations that work directly with kids and families and focus on the placement and ultimate goal of finding forever families. The Give and Care Foundation offers youth the opportunity to build a better future by equipping youth with the knowledge to live a happy, healthy productive life, teaching them to set goals and strive to achieve them. Also, by providing resources for kids and families that have a major impact in the lives of youth and their families. All children deserve unconditional love, guidance, and a sense of family, The Give and Care Foundation is committed to investing in the lives of children and youth in Foster Care or waiting in adoption. Currently Michael is a Teacher at Franklin Middle School in Minneapolis Public Schools. He serves on the board of directors at Trinity First Lutheran Church in Minneapolis, MN. Michael Bratsch graduated from Concordia University, St. Paul with a BA in Education and also holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership. He does speaking engagements and consulting for organizations and families considering Adoption or Foster Care. He is a positive voice for the Foster Care and Adoption community.
