Project Million Amigos Project Million Amigos: ''Friends Helping Friends Across the Americas''

Project Million Amigos (PMA) is a non-profit charity recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is authorized to accept tax-deductible contributions. Project Million Amigos (PMA) became a non-profit public corporation on June 15, 2007. PMA is developing and expanding activities which were begun informally by members of the Robbinsdale Spanish Immersion School

community and members of Airline Ambassadors in 2002. Since 2002, individuals have donated thousands of pounds of scholastic materials, dental supplies, shoes, clothing, beanie babies and other supplies for school and community members in Zihuatanejo, Guerrero, Mexico. In addition, donations have enabled those communities to build classrooms and bathrooms. Books, furniture, chalkboards, plumbing supplies and a refrigerator have also been donated. Project Million Amigos, in partnership with Por los Ninos, Niños Adelante and the City of Zihuatanejo, will continue to provide charitable services for the Zihua community.
