Castle Rock Swim Team rests in Roanoke, VA near Sugarloaf Mountain and above Oak Grove Elementary Schools. It is associated with the Castle Rock Community Group's Swim Club. Our goal is to help swimmers of all ages learn to swim or develop stronger swimming technique for the fun of competition and for life-long fitness.
