We’re about a month away from our first ever SWVA CAI Fall Retreat at Mariner’s Landing at Smith Mountain Lake! Event details are below:

Thursday, 9/25

1-4pm - CAI National will provide training for current and future Southwest VA CAI board members (Eastlake Room, Mariner’s Landing)

5:30–8pm - Networking social with a business partner showcase and great food/drinks (Bottles & Bites)

Friday, 9/26 – Blackwater Room at Mariner’s Landing

8:30am – Breakfast

9-11:30am – Two education sessions (held concurrently – attendees pick one)

Thursday’s networking social –

$1,000 - Event Sponsor (includes 10 complimentary attendee tickets)
$200 - Vendor Table (you can set up a table with your business info/merch, includes 2 complimentary attendee tickets)
Friday’s educational events

$250 - Breakfast Sponsor (includes 2 complimentary attendee tickets)
$200 - Panel Participant (business panelists will be given 15-20 minutes to speak on a topic. Once all the panelists speak, we’ll open to questions/comments from the audience, includes 2 complimentary attendee tickets)


Ticket Prices:

CAI members - $50 for the entire event

Non-CAI members - $75 for the entire event



Ticket Prices for volunteer HOA board members only:

If your HOA is a CAI member – FREE

If your HOA is a NOT a CAI member - $10
