🚀 Work Forward Week 2 Update!

Our participants are continuing to build the skills needed to succeed in the workplace and beyond.

So far, we've covered:

💰 Financial Literacy
📄 Understanding Paychecks & Deductions
💵 Budgeting and Money Management
🤝 Workplace Expectations
🗣️ Professional Communication
📝 Resume Development

We’re also grateful to the local business owners who joined us to share their experiences, insights, and advice with our participants. Their real-world perspectives provided valuable guidance and inspiration as these young adults explore future career opportunities.

These young adults aren't just learning how to get a job—they're learning how to keep a job, manage their money, communicate professionally, and prepare for long-term success.

As Week 2 continues, participants will keep building their confidence, workplace readiness, and career skills as they prepare for future employment opportunities.

Every session is another step forward. 👏
