SOCIALIST SOCIAL HOUR:

Bosses don't want you to take a break. Come take a break with us!

If you can't make it to the Virginia Workers School in Richmond this weekend but still want to be in community with workers locally, we want to invite you out to our upcoming Socialist Social Hour!

This will be a strictly social gathering—no political education session or reading/homework ahead of time. We'll focus on casual conversation, share our experiences, and discuss ways we can support each other.

Come hungry! We're making a vegan entrée as part of a potluck-style meal, so be sure to bring your appetite and feel free to bring something to share, if you’re able. 🍝

We will be meeting in the first floor conference room immediately to your right as you enter the building.

We hope you'll join us for an afternoon of connection and community!

SOCIALIST SOCIAL HOUR:

Bosses don't want you to take a break. Come take a break with us!

At this Social Hour, we'll be doing things a little differently: We're having a good, ole-fashioned cookout! So, come on out to meet new folks, grill with us, and enjoy some veggie kebabs!

As always, bring your appetite and feel free to bring something to share, if you're able. If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll revert to our normal Social Hour format.

And don't forget that our Book Club is happening earlier that day at 11:30am, also at Villa Heights! Join us as we discuss Essays 1-7 of Women, Race and Class by Angela Davis.

We hope you'll join us for an afternoon of connection and community!
