Getting your own fly fishing gear to fish for a lifetime is truly a gift. Even more meaningful is having a mentor to teach, guide, and build trust—helping everything come together on and off the water. Fish On!

🎶Find your people 🎶and go make a difference!
As we wrapped up Season 3, both youth and mentors are stronger because of this experience. The Mayfly Project is about fishing—and it's not about fishing at all. It's about building relationships. The fish are a bonus.

🎣🥁 Drumroll, please… As we celebrate each youth receiving their own fishing gear today, they’re ready to FISH ON!

Along the way, they’ve gained more than just equipment—they’ve learned skills and values of an angler that can last a lifetime: patience, self-confidence, using their brains, the importance of rest, appreciating the environment, grit, and seeking wisdom.
