This is a bit late, but I think I'm finally over my World Cup hangover enough for a recap post.
Overall, an incredible experience for our chapter and the new soccer community being established at The Village Grill. Massive thank you to all who came out. I would love to see you at the games to come. Whether it is a friendly or a World Cup, we will be there to support.
The tournament obviously had a ton of controversy, but I think there are more good things than bad that we as USA fans can take from it. It inspired a nation and created new young fans, and we won't see the real effects this tournament had on the culture here until those fans grow up. Lots of families might look back at the 2026 World Cup as the start of something bigger.
