I offer personalized massage therapy to support:
• Pain relief (headaches/migraines, neck, shoulders, back, hips & sciatic pain)

• Prenatal massage

Each session is thoughtfully tailored to each individual. I adjust pressure from light to firm, modify as needed(just let me know anytime during the massage if too much/too little pressure), and may include stretches as needed. Massage time begins when hands-on work starts.
Care is always provided with dignity, respect, and inclusive, client-centered attention in a safe, supportive environment.
