South City Knights

South City Knights South City Knights is located in the Southeast Roanoke Valley. We have been serving 600-700 boys and girls from ages 5 to 17 that live in region 3 .

Region 3 consists of boundaries starting at 460, going to Roanoke county line, to yellow mountain Rd. which is a large area to cover and has over 1500 children in six different schools. We are a non profit 501 (c) organization which makes it possible for us to help as many children as possible. SCK offers seven different sports cheerleading, football, baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, and la

crosse. We try to help those in need by offering scholarships for any child who does not have the means. NO child is turned down. We will find a way to get your child in the sport if you are willing to work with us. SCK is in operation twelve months out of the year so support of any kind is always needed and very much appreciated. Recognition is given to all companies who assist in helping us real our goal. There will be a sign up for football and soccer July 18th from noon to 1PM at the Jackson Park Concession stand

The final sign up will be July 25th from 1-2PM

If you have not turned in baseball or softball uniforms and equipment, please meet Linda at the Jackson Park concession stand tomorrow (Monday) between 6pm and 7pm to do so. Also, if you have already turned in equipment and are due a equipment fee return, you can pick this up as well, just remember to bring your receipt, no money will be given without a receipt. The weather hotline number is 853-1196 this number will tell you if the games are cancelled or whats going on this is through parks n rec and they make those decisions weeks days call after 4pm and sat after 8am

We need everyone from SouthCity to please donate again this year plastic easter eggs and wrapped candy so we can help the salvation army with their annual easter egg hunt they help us out so much with letting us use their facilities
