The United Metaphysical Churches is a spiritual community with chapels on the east coast and a school which provides spirtual and metaphysical programs for those who wish to live more spiritually and consciously aware. The United Metaphysical Churches is an association which provides education programs for metaphysical students who desire to become ministers, and anyone looking to become more spiritually aware through personal enrichment programs. It furthers and promulgates the concepts of Divine Metaphysics, issues charters for study groups and churches, ordains and issues certification for spiritual healers and mediums. The UMC is a nationwide organization which is listed in the Cumulative List of Organizations described in Section 170© of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as a central organization holding a group exemption letter, whose subordinate units covered by the group exemption are also included as having contributions deductible, even though they are not separately listed. You are invited to attend our church services, share in our seminars and workshops, experience healing, visit our outstanding bookstore, read by the fireside in our beautifully appointed Library, enjoy the delicious food in our cafeteria, and absorb the peace and enlightenment as you walk around the lovely 21 acres nestled in the mountains of Roanoke, Virginia. POSITIVE EMOTIONS. Did you know that when we feel joy, love, contentment, peace or other good feeling emotions we are in alignment with our Source? And when we feel lower vibrational emotions we are out of alignment. When we are feeling those higher vibrational emotions we know Source's opinion on the subject! So here's to alignment. Most people are still waiting for the day they finally feel ready. That day usually arrives after the hard thing is already done.

Your mind treats readiness like a prerequisite, something that has to show up first before action is allowed to happen. In reality, the two usually run in reverse order. Confidence gets built through doing the thing scared, unsure, and underprepared, while waiting for certainty rarely gets anyone anywhere at all. 🔦

This is why the people who go furthest are usually the ones who moved anyway, letting the skill and the confidence catch up along the way instead of waiting at the starting line for it to arrive first. Readiness is often simply a result of action.

Do the thing you've been waiting to feel ready for. Your mind will catch up once you're already moving.

THE CELLS OF OUR BODIES ARE NOT OLD. This is a great reminder this morning for me and hopefully for you. Our cells continually regenerate themselves. So they are in a perpetual state of youth eventhough we keep reminding them that they are old. How many times do we tell ourselves, "We are too old for that?" "I can't or shouldn't do that because I am too old?" "If I try that I might break something?" We are the ones who place limitations on our vitality and youth. And then there are the 80 and 90 year old body builders.👀 How is that possible? They are choosing to be as young and as vital as they want to be and looking at age as merely a number. How about you?
