Virginia Western’s Community College Access Program (CCAP) provides up to three years of full-time tuition for high school graduates who meet program requirements, as funding allows. CCAP serves the entire Virginia Western Community College service region, including the counties of Botetourt, Craig, Franklin and Roanoke and the cities of Roanoke and Salem. CCAP is made possible thanks to a series of public/private partnerships drawing on support from individuals, businesses, foundations, local governments, community groups, alumni and friends. CCAP is administered by the Virginia Western Community College Educational Foundation, a nonprofit that works with private and public partners to make college possible in the Roanoke Region.
