📣 ZTA’s New Database! 📣

As the academic year wraps up and we prepare for Convention, we’re providing a timeline for when you can expect our technology to switch over.

➡️June 8: All ZTA sites will go down. This includes Sisters Only, ZetaBase, Z-Learning, OmegaOne, and the ZTA Foundation donation page. Billhighway will be available for collegiate and alumnae chapters.

➡️June 15: International Office staff will receive training on the new sites. Calls will be forwarded to voicemail during business hours while staff are in training, so email will be the fastest way to reach staff.

➡️June 22: Invitation emails for all members to claim their accounts on the new site will start going out. This will be a phased approach with 5,000 invites going out daily.

📌To best prepare for this transition:

➡️Keep your Sisters Only account up-to-date with your email and home address. Going forward, our new site will not accept .edu email addresses. Be prepared to update your information with a non-school email address.

➡️Download any resources you need from Z-Learning, as those may not be available again until July.

Themis was smiling down this past Saturday as I joined the Roanoke alumnae chapter for their first fundraiser benefitting the ZTA Foundation! The weather was perfect for some putt putt and sisterhood and the rain waited until the end of the event to move in! Every sister in this chapter pitched in to sell out their fundraiser and it was so wonderful to see families and friends out supporting Breast Cancer Education and Awareness 🩵🩶

I was so honored to join the sisters of the chapter to celebrate 30 years of their sisterhood! We had a wonderful dinner and enjoyed catching up with what all the members have been up to this year.
We also celebrated the sisters who are leading the chapter and those who will be leading into the fall! Our chapters could not function without all the wonderful women who hear the call and take the time to serve 🔗
