Be part of our 5 year celebration! Vendor registration is open for Pride Fest '26.

If you're a business, nonprofit organization, religious organization, artisan, general merchandise vendor, or political campaign looking to connect with thousands of attendees from across Southwest Virginia and beyond, we'd love to have you join us.

This year's Pride Fest will be extra special as we celebrate five years of Southwest Virginia Pride, and we're excited to welcome special guest reality television star Amy Halterman!

Vendor pricing varies by category and starts at just $65. Each booth space is approximately 10' x 10' and includes an 8-foot table and two chairs..

We're excited to welcome reality TV personality Amy Halterman as one of our special guests! We'll have more announcements about entertainment, vendors, and activities in the coming weeks.

As a founding member and our Vice President Emeritus, Dewey has been part of this organization since day one. His time, ideas, and dedication helped lay the foundation for everything we've become over the last five years.

One of our favorite things about SWVA Pride is seeing the connections that are made throughout the year.

Friendships are formed, families find support, local businesses show up for our community, and people discover they're not as alone as they thought - they find a home with SWVA Pride!

As we get closer to Pride Fest on September 26, we just want to say thank you. Whether you've attended an event, volunteered, become a sponsor, shopped with a vendor, or simply followed along and cheered us on, you've helped make these last five years possible.
