A ministry of Victory Baptist Church ⛪️ With this mission in mind, we are starting Victory Christian Academy.

Victory Baptist Church was established in 1989 with the goal of reaching the Roanoke Valley with the gospel of Jesus Christ. At Victory Christian Academy, students will have the opportunity to develop their talents and abilities in a safe and nurturing environment that encourages a love of learning, a sense of responsibility, and an appreciation for the Word of God and its Christian values.

✨🎓 Kindergarten and High School Graduation - Class of 2026 🎓✨

What a special night! We were so proud to see all of our kindergarten and high school graduates walk across the platform and turn their tassels last Friday night. It is our prayer that each of these graduates continue growing in the Lord and follow His leading in their lives. Thank you to our graduates’ families for allowing us to be a part of your child’s life and for giving them the gift of a Christian education. It is a blessing to see the growth and great potential in this next generation!

👏🏼⭐️ Final Chapel Service ⭐️👏🏼

Last Friday, we held our final chapel service of the year. You could certainly feel the energy and excitement in the room! What a joy it was to see our Pre-K students give a presentation and receive their certificates. We also gave away several awards (honor roll, president’s awards, and perfect attendance) and recognized many of our staff members. Great job, students, for all of your hard work and accomplishments this school year! To finish the service, we heard a powerful song from our high school teen ensemble and a challenge from Pastor Kobernat. What a blessed last day of school! 🙌🏼

✨🎥📖🔭 SCHOOL PLAY 2026 🔭📖🎥✨

Last Friday evening, our high school drama department did an ✨amazing✨ job with this year’s play, “Almost History: The Whole Space-Time Continuum Thing!” We are so proud of all their hard work in memorizing lines, creating props, and practicing for hours to present us a humorous story filled with historic facts! 👏🏼

Thank you to all our staff and volunteers that helped make this play a success! Special thanks to Miss Melanie Sutmaier, our drama teacher, who directed the play and organized every detail. Also, special thanks to Mrs. Melissa Dixon, for doing an incredible job painting the backdrops, and her family, for helping build and set them up! 💛
