Tri-County Flute Orchestra is a collaborative ensemble that brings together a vibrant community of professional flutists, music educators, advanced students, and dedicated flute enthusiasts from Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. United by a shared passion for the flute family, its members represent a wide range of musical backgrounds—including orchestral performance, chamber music, education, and solo artistry—creating a rich and inclusive artistic collective.

The orchestra showcases the full spectrum of the flute family, from piccolo through concert flute, alto, bass, and contrabass flute, allowing each musician to contribute a distinct voice to a uniquely warm, resonant, and expressive ensemble sound. Emphasis is placed on musical collaboration, mentorship across generations, and the joy of making music together at a high artistic level.

At its core, the Tri-County Flute Orchestra is defined by its members: artists who value connection, shared learning, and community engagement as much as musical excellence. Through rehearsals and performances, the ensemble fosters an environment where experience and curiosity coexist, and where musicians are inspired by one another’s artistry.
