BRIDGES are 10 community hubs, located throughout Palm Beach County that provide support to families with children 0-8 years old, in the following zip codes: 33401, 33403, 33404, 33407, 33430, 33435, 33460, 33461, and 33476. BRIDGES, a program of the Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County, are 10 neighborhood centers that connect local families to community resources so more children are

born healthy, remain free from abuse and neglect, are ready for kindergarten, and children are successful in school by the end of 3rd grade. BRIDGES offers:
• Information on health and wellness for adults and children

• Help getting medical care for pregnant women, babies and families with young children

• Help finding quality child care and education for children

• Workshops and practical advice to help parents raise their children

• Help connecting families to community providers of food, shelter, medical care and other vital, every day needs

• A welcoming place where neighbors can share news, make friends and find support.

BRIDGES -- Lake Worth West, in partnership with the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County, is hosting an In-Person VPK Registration Event this Friday, July 24, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. @ BRIDGES at Lake Worth West

The event is open to the public; families do not need to be BRIDGES members to participate. The only requirement is to register in advance and have the required documents. The registration process outlines the required documents they must bring. also you must have an active email address.
