Safe & Sound Week is August 10–16, and this year’s theme reminds us that workplace safety is a team effort. Just like a successful sports team relies on preparation, communication, and ex*****on, a safe workplace depends on everyone knowing the playbook, speaking up, and working together.
This week is an opportunity to:

✅ Identify and address workplace hazards
✅ Reinforce safe work practices
✅ Launch or energize workplace safety initiatives
From safety stand-downs and hazard hunts to training, team challenges, and employee recognition, every workplace can participate—regardless of size or industry.
