The recently elected board members would like to thank you for being a part of the Rivesville Youth Basketball Program page. Currently we are discussing the future of our program, looking at where it has been, where it is, and where we want it to be. It is our hope that in the up and coming years the program can include boy’s basketball teams up to and including sixth grade, girl’s basket

ball teams up to and including sixth grade, as well as cheer squads for the teams. Currently the board is working on setting goals; raising funds; becoming a legitimate entity; and becoming a program that our kids will enjoy being a part of and our parents will feel valued and welcomed into. That being said, please take the liberty to introduce any ideas you may have to us either in person or via Facebook. We want to hear all of your thoughts as they are what are going to help the program grow and prosper in the future. You will notice a few minor changes in the way some things are being handled, but we hope that you are as on board with them as we are. Every decision we make from this point forward will be in the interest of our players, future players, parents, and future board members. When our time as the board is over we want to be able to hand a successful program over to the new officers that will be easy to maintain and a joy to be a part of. Cooperation and sportsmanship from the parents is just as important to us as cooperation and sportsmanship from the players. This group is for the players, family, and friends of the Rivesville Rams Youth Basketball Program so please feel free to add anyone you wish. It will be a site to share pictures; post practice schedules; post game schedules; announce cancellations; and share scores. It will not be used as a place to discuss personal opinions or issues involving anyone in the group, league, or community. It is our goal to have a positive site and program that we can all feel comfortable having our loved ones be a part of. We are looking forward to a great season with all of you as well as many to come.

REMINDER: Signups for Girls 4th, 5th and 6th grade basketball and cheerleading start tonight! Hope to see you there! 🏀⛹️‍♀️🐏

Attention all incoming 4th, 5th and 6th grade girls! We will be holding sign ups for Basketball and Cheerleading on Monday August 4th and Tuesday August 5th from 6-8pm in the cafeteria.
