SPACE IS STILL AVAILABLE!
Signup at makerspace307.org/classes

Kids create a collaborative story, visually represented with handmade props, digital backgrounds, and themselves as characters. A full-size transportation vessel is designed and constructed as a throughline. The story, photos of the props, and images of the students are combined in Canva to produce a book.

Kids will learn:

The sequential process of producing an illustrated book

How to write a short story
How to illustrate a story
How to fabricate props
How to produce backgrounds and edit images in Canva
How to bind books

On Friday, June 26, at 6:00 PM, a "book-signing" party will be held at Maker Space for the friends and family of the youth participants.

Kids should bring lunch and a water bottle.
