Today, we want to thank Deputy Chief Leo Kotor for his 30 years of service and dedication to the Riverside Police Department as he retires and starts his next adventure. Deputy Chief Kotor has helped to shape the Departmet and been instrumental to the careers of many officers. His booming laugh and commitment will be missed throughout the Village. His legacy will continue to shine. Thank you for all you have done for the Riverside community, Chief Kotor!
