Vanessa Siliezar Creator of Energies of Brilliance™ | Helping high-capacity women build lives and businesses that support them back. But then, something shifted within me.

Your brilliance was never meant to become burnout. Just a few years ago, I found myself filled with self-doubt and uncertainty about my own entrepreneurial path. I had a deep desire to make a meaningful impact, but I lacked the clarity and confidence to turn my ideas into reality. I made a commitment to overcome my fears and push beyond my comfort zone. I embarked on a journey of self-discovery an

d personal growth, seeking out resources, mentors, and like-minded individuals who could guide and inspire me. Through this process, I began to cultivate a deep sense of self-belief and resilience. I discovered my unique strengths and talents, and I learned how to leverage them to create a thriving business. I gained the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the challenges and setbacks that inevitably arise along the entrepreneurial path. Today, I stand as a testament to what is possible when you commit to your dreams and refuse to let self-doubt hold you back. I have successfully launched and grown my own business, experiencing the joy and fulfillment that comes from building something from the ground up. Now, I am passionate about supporting other women and non-binary entrepreneurs on their own transformative journeys. I am here to provide guidance, mentorship, and practical strategies that can help you overcome obstacles, find clarity in your vision, and unlock your full potential. Remember, you are not alone in your struggles. With the right mindset, resources, and support, you too can embark on a transformational journey that leads to entrepreneurial success and personal fulfillment.

A final little reminder that Empower Your Potential starts tomorrow. 💛

This is a free virtual event happening June 11–12, and I’m honored to be one of the speakers.

My talk is on Friday, June 12 at 11:40 AM PST:

You Weren’t Meant to Hold It All: How High-Capacity Women Build Lives and Businesses That Support Them Back

I’ll be speaking about what happens when high-capacity women are used to carrying everything - the business, the family, the relationships, the ideas, the emotional labor, the invisible responsibility, and how we can begin building lives and businesses that support us back.

What I love about this event is that it brings together so many different conversations around growth, leadership, confidence, communication, money, habits, visibility, Human Design, subconscious beliefs, joy, and staying steady through change.

It feels like the kind of space where one sentence, one story, or one perspective could shift something important.

The event is free, and I’d love to see you there.

You Weren’t Meant to Hold It All: How High-Capacity Women Build Lives and Businesses That Support Them Back

This conversation is really close to my heart because so many high-capacity women are praised for being strong, capable, dependable, and resourceful, but strength without support eventually becomes exhaustion.

Just because you can carry something does not mean you were meant to carry it alone.

During my talk, I’ll be speaking about why burnout is not always a personal failure. Sometimes it is a sign that your life, business, relationships, or systems need to support you differently.

The event is free, and I’d love to have you join us.

High-capacity women are often praised for being strong, capable, dependable, and resourceful.

But rarely asked what it has cost them to keep holding everything together.

The business.
The family.
The relationships.
The ideas.
The emotional labor.
The invisible responsibility.

At some point, being the one who can carry everything stops feeling like leadership and starts feeling like survival.

That’s why I’m speaking at Empower Your Potential, a free virtual event happening June 11–12.

You Weren’t Meant to Hold It All: How High-Capacity Women Build Lives and Businesses That Support Them Back

I’ll be speaking about why burnout is often not a personal failure - it can be a sign that your life, work, relationships, or business have been built around your endurance instead of your support.

And I’ll be sharing how the Energies of Brilliance™ framework can help you notice where your natural strengths are creating momentum and where they may be becoming overextension.

The event is free, and I’d love to see you there.

You Weren’t Meant to Hold It All: How High-Capacity Women Build Lives and Businesses That Support Them Back

This conversation feels deeply personal to the work I’ve been building.

So many high-capacity women are praised for being strong, capable, dependable, and resourceful, but rarely asked what it has cost them to keep holding everything together.

The business.
The family.
The relationships.
The ideas.
The emotional labor.
The invisible responsibility.
The pressure to keep going.

During my talk, I’ll be speaking about why burnout is not always a personal failure. Sometimes it is a sign that your life, business, relationships, or systems were built around your endurance instead of your support.

I’ll also be sharing how the Energies of Brilliance™ framework can help you recognize where your energy naturally creates clarity and momentum and where your brilliance may need more structure, support, and space.

The event brings together speakers talking about leadership, confidence, money, habits, Human Design, communication, visibility, joy, subconscious beliefs, and staying steady when growth gets uncomfortable.

It feels like a powerful room to be in.

The event is free, and I’d love for you to join us.

Someone just booked with me, and I’m always honored when someone chooses to pause long enough to be supported.

So many high-capacity people are carrying full lives, full minds, full responsibilities, and still wondering why they feel exhausted.

Your brilliance was never meant to become burnout.

If you’ve been feeling mentally overloaded, stuck in transition, unsure of your next step, or tired of trying to figure everything out alone, you’re welcome to book a conversation.

We’ll start with what feels most present and create a little more clarity from there.

I read this article about OK Go and it made me smile because honestly… humans are still so amazing.

Even with all the technology we have now, there are still people creating things that make you stop and think:

How did they even come up with that?

That’s what I love about creativity.

It’s not just about making something polished or impressive. It’s about curiosity. It’s about play. It’s about seeing a possibility where someone else might only see a limitation.

And I think this matters so much right now because AI and technology are becoming such a big part of how we work, create, and communicate.

I know there’s a lot of fear around that.

But I also think there’s another side to it.

When used intentionally, AI can help reduce so much of the mental load we carry.

It can help organize the thoughts that are scattered in our heads.
It can help us find words when our brain feels full.
It can help us make sense of ideas we haven’t been able to explain yet.
It can support the structure so we have more energy for the soul of the work.

And that part matters.

Because AI cannot replace your lived experience.
It cannot replace your intuition.
It cannot replace your emotional intelligence.
It cannot replace the way you connect ideas, notice patterns, or create meaning.

That is still yours.

Technology can help carry some of the weight, but it does not replace the spark.

And maybe that’s the opportunity in this season:

Not to prove we can keep up with machines.

But to let the tools support us enough that we can come back to ourselves.

To our creativity.
To our curiosity.
To our unique way of seeing the world.

Because the world does not need more content that sounds the same.

It needs more people creating from who they actually are.
