Our goal is simple: We aim to help transition Veterans to home ownership while ensuring they have the assistance and necessary tools needed to make the dream of affordable and sustainable home ownership a reality! When a Veteran seeks to purchase a home for the first time, the process can be overwhelming and confusing. The VHA goal is to increase home ownership rates among Veterans by providing fi

nancial support (closing costs). Although recently formed, the VHA has already gained tremendous support from local business owners, community leaders and public officials who values align with the organization’s mission. Last week, a Marine Corps Veteran was sleeping in his car at a local Walmart in the Inland Empire.

Today, he has housing.

This past week, the Veteran Housing Alliance (VHA) was able to step in and help connect a Veteran with resources, support, and a path forward. Along the way, something truly special happened—a Blue Star Mom anonymously stepped forward to help.

That's what community looks like.

The story doesn't end there. This Marine Veteran was also able to reconnect with family and identify additional solutions that will help him move forward with confidence.

We want to thank every sponsor, donor, volunteer, staff member, board member, community partner, and elected official who helps make this work possible.

Every success story is a team effort.

Together, we are proving that when a Veteran needs help, our community responds.
