VeteranStrong Career Resource Fairs (VSCRF) events promotes a combination of Community Service Solution Providers: Employers, Human Resource & Corporate Officers, Recruiters, Community & Civic Leaders, Veteran Service Organizations, of private and public organizations to work together to support the Nation’s VeteranStrong Initiatives. We work to provide venues for Veterans/Reserves/Military/Spouses, their Communities and families.

With Virtual & Physical Presence (VPP), VeteranStrong hopes to help VeteranStrong Support employers and VeteranStrong career seekers to unite and manage each others resources and assets into a mutual support channel and system which places the right candidate with a prospective employer. We at VeteranStrong Career Resource Fairs and at our networking events; virtual and/or physical presence provides the opportunity to connect the potential employers and seekers to one another for the right prospective. Potential arrangements for an interview may be made far in advance by preregistering for VeteranStrong Resource Fair events. Potential interviews before, during or after the events don’t just happen… the choices are the Veterans or Employers, it’s it personal preference but it’s a choice each and every one of them have to make!
Finding a job or fitting into a career is not like it has ever been before! Technology, patience, and perseverance are more needed now than ever before. You have to do your homework, and we help you with it, but, we can’t do it for you.
Our employers (who register early enough) may gain access to the existing VeteranStrong career seeker (who register early enough) and may be able to unite before or during the VSCRF events.
Interviews may be arranged prior to events, or scheduled at the VSCRF events with companies who may be interested in registering early enough. Or you can wait to see if you may be able to set up something at the event.
