September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. 💛🎗️

Gold is the color for childhood cancer awareness, but behind that gold are real children, real families, and lives forever changed by a diagnosis no parent ever expects to hear.

There are children walking into hospitals instead of classrooms. Parents learning medical terms they never wanted to know. Brothers and sisters watching someone they love go through treatment. And families carrying the unimaginable heartbreak of a child they should still be holding.

This month is for all of them.

For the warriors still fighting. For the survivors. For the families standing beside them through the hardest days. And for the children who are forever loved and never forgotten.

This September, we ask you to go gold with us. Wear gold. Share their stories. Say their names. Support the families in the middle of it. Help us make sure childhood cancer is seen, talked about, and never forgotten. 💛

A little more light just landed where it’s needed most. 🌙

Recently, we delivered our new B.E.E. Strong Moon Men to Kaiser Fontana’s oncology/hematology clinic and hospital.

These little astronauts will be given to kids facing cancer and extended hospital stays, filling their hospital room ceilings with colorful lights and giving them something fun to enjoy during long days and nights.

Our B.E.E. Strong Dream Room program was created in loving memory of Briana Emily Escalante, and we’re grateful to continue sharing a little light in her name. 💛

MEET OUR SPOTLIGHT NEW KID, LEYLA🤍

On January 12, 2026, Leyla was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and her family’s entire world changed overnight.

Leyla is the second youngest and has four sisters. She endured three rounds of chemotherapy, with each round requiring nearly a month in the hospital. Then her family received incredible news: Leyla’s 5 year old baby sister was a 100% match to be her transplant donor. 💛

Two young sisters faced something no child should have to experience, one fighting cancer and the other helping give her sister a second chance.

Today, Leyla is more than 53 days in remission. 🎉 Her journey is not over, though. She still visits the doctor three times each week and often experiences exhaustion and days when she feels very sick.

Through it all, Leyla continues moving forward, surrounded by the love of her parents and four sisters.

A hospital stay can feel heavy, but a thoughtful gift can bring a little light. ✨

Our Ambassador Natalie and Board Member Adriana recently delivered gifts to Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital last week! We made sure there was something special for every age, from babies and young children to teenagers.
