900 Magnolia Mentor Association Mentoring Our research is focused on measuring motivation and the effectiveness of mentorship.

Undergraduate students at UCR work with Graduate Education Professors Robert Ream and Eddie Comeaux in mentoring seinors enrolled in the Health and Bioscience Academy at Ramona High School. Our goal is to inspire our students to strive for higher education, and in turn, give back to their communities.
