Meet Victoria Llort, Chair of the Inland SoCal 211+ Board of Directors! 💙

We are proud to recognize Victoria Llort, who has served on the Inland SoCal 211+ Board of Directors since 2023 and is now serving her third consecutive term as Board Chair.

Victoria is the Director of Public Affairs and Conservation at Desert Water Agency, where she oversees public awareness, conservation, legislative, and community engagement programs. With extensive experience in water policy, government affairs, and public outreach, she is a dedicated leader committed to strengthening communities throughout the region.

A passionate advocate for service and civic engagement, Victoria also serves on several nonprofit and community boards, helping advance initiatives that improve quality of life across Inland Southern California.

Victoria holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Government from the University of Redlands and a Master of Science in Political Science from the University of Nebraska, Omaha.

Yesterday, our Inland SoCal United Way leadership team attended the IEHP Renewal Retreat and left feeling recharged, inspired, and more connected than ever.

The retreat offered a refreshing opportunity to step away from day-to-day responsibilities and focus on the heart behind our work. Through creative, thought-provoking activities, we explored our shared purpose and renewed our commitment to making a meaningful impact every day. A highlight of the retreat was sharing a personal object that symbolized why we do this work. The stories behind those objects reminded us that every mission is powered by people, passion, and purpose.

What happens when United Way changemakers come together? Inspiration, innovation, and stronger communities. 💙

After an incredible few days at the United Way Western Regional Conference in Portland, our team is returning home with new ideas, stronger connections, and renewed energy to advance our mission in Inland Southern California.

Conferences like this showcase the power of the United Way network, bringing colleagues together to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and learn from one another. We were grateful for the opportunity to connect with United Way leaders from across the Western region and explore new ways to create lasting impact in our communities.

People with Access and Functional Needs living in high fire-risk areas can call 211 to plan and prepare for PSPS events. If you have physical, developmental, or intellectual disabilities, chronic conditions, injuries, are an older adult, or use medical equipment that requires electricity, call 211 or text "PSPS" to 211-211 to begin your personalized Care Coordination.
