The special cape presentation was handled by past President Ron Farnworth
Randy Morreale presented Paul Harris fellow awards to deserving club members who exemplified service above self! Congratulations!

We had a great turnout for today’s very busy luncheon!
Linda Hulse was presented with a Paul Harris Award , a her 6th ! Congratulations 🎉

Excited to induct 2 new members, Jill Gevinski longtime resident of Jamesport and retired teacher from Pulaski St. school.
And Dr.Domenic Morreale a retired Superintendent at Boces. & happens to be President Randy’s Dad!
Welcome to the club!
And we had a wonderful speaker Lisa Cooper from Paws of War and Giabella, a rescued pup. Their motto is helping the leash on both ends.
Their mission to provide services that enrich the lives of veterans, active military members & first responders through the rescue & training of service animals & rescue of overseas animals in war zones. Many other services too!

We’re thrilled at Riverhead Rotary to be awarding 15 scholarships to deserving students totaling $145K! A club record. A Past President scholarship was also awarded in honor of our dear friend Maryellen Ellwood (Mel)
Many thanks to our hardworking scholarship committee & everyone who supports our events!
Annual Golf ⛳️ outing for RHS scholarships is in August stay tuned !

What a fantastic luncheon this week! We welcomed the friendship exchange team from Egypt 🇪🇬 !
We inducted a new Riverhead Rotarian
And we pulled the winners of our Gardenfest Spring Raffle!
The lucky 🍀 winners were :
$10,000- N.R ticket #227
$3,000 - T.H ticket # 105
$1,000-A.R ticket # 061
$500 -N.U ticket # 196
$500-D.K ticket # 141

Rotary Day of Service 2026 is in the books!
Many thanks to the Rotarians who helped collect food to support the local food pantries. Much appreciation to the many people who generously donated non perishable food to help their neighbors in need!
