Our inaugural Ironman Golf Tournament in Tennessee was a success.

Not only did we have a great time on the course last week, but together we raised nearly $25,000 to support and bring hope to the youth at Timothy Hill Ranch. ⛳️❤️

That idea stayed with us.

At the Scale with Stability Conference, Timothy Hill Ranch residents and staff had the opportunity to learn from Dr. William Attaway, CEO of Appreciation at Work, and connect with Dr. Paul White, co-author of The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace.

Dr. Attaway’s message stood out. It was not just theory. It was a clear reminder that the environments we create shape outcomes, and what we allow, reinforce, and model every day becomes the culture our young people experience.

At Timothy Hill Ranch, that raises the bar.

It means appreciation is a discipline.
It means accountability is intentional.
It means culture is built, protected, and corrected when needed.

We honor their courage, their sacrifice, and the families who still feel their absence every day.

Happy Scripture Sunday 🤍

“Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow.”
Isaiah 1:17

At Timothy Hill Ranch, this is more than a verse we read. It’s a calling we live.

We are deeply passionate about taking up the cause of the fatherless. Some days are hard, but the mission matters more. We can’t step back from the calling to serve and support as many at-risk youth as possible.

And we don’t do it alone.

Some birthdays are just a little more special at the Ranch 🐴🎉

This week, Cassy and our Transitional guys celebrated the birthdays of three of our horses — and it was a day full of laughter, cupcakes, decorations, and lots of love. The horses got dressed up for the occasion, enjoyed special treats, and soaked up all the attention from the guys who help care for them every day.

Moments like these are about so much more than birthdays. Through our horse program, young men are learning responsibility, patience, consistency, and connection. They’re building confidence, forming healthy relationships, and discovering the joy that comes from caring for something beyond themselves.

Five years ago today, Fern Hill graduated to Glory. ✨

Fern was a woman of incredible faith, strength, wisdom, and love. She lived her life fully devoted to God, and everyone who met her could feel the peace and grace she carried. She didn’t just speak about Christ — she lived Him daily through compassion, courage, hospitality, and unconditional love for others.

Even today, people continue to share stories of how Fern encouraged them, prayed for them, believed in them, and showed them what authentic faith looks like.

“Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.” — Jeremiah 17:14

Today we remember Fern Hill with love, gratitude, and honor. 🤍

In just ONE month, golfers from across Long Island and beyond will come together for our annual Ironman Golf Fundraiser in New York — all in support of the youth and young adults at Timothy Hill Ranch.

This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate 50 YEARS of Timothy Hill Ranch and our mission of “Transformation Through Love.”

For nearly five decades, Timothy Hill Ranch has provided safe homes, mentorship, workforce development, education support, and hope to young people in need across 5 states.

This event is more than golf — it’s community, purpose, and changing lives together.
