Scout Olivia has completed her Eagle project AND her Eagle Board of Review! Olivia worked with her team of scouts and community members to construct and install a Sensory Path for neurodivergent children at the Clearwater Nature Center in Prince George's County, MD. The path is made of a wooden frame that holds 12 different sections, each with a different sensory materials.
Around the path, there is a mulch walkway. Olivia's Eagle Project will help children and others with sensory issues to learn and play and was a special request of the Rangers at the park to help improve inclusion for these patrons of the park system.
