Pompton Lakes High School boys baseball team beat Point Pleasant Beach 14 to 4 to win the group one state championship for the first time ever. They will be arriving at Hershfield Park around 2 o’clock today. Hope to see you down there.

*** IMPORTANT RIVERDALE DAY NOTICE ***
After watching the weather forecast and crossing our fingers over the last few days, we have unfortunately made the decision to CANCEL all events for Riverdale Day, Saturday, September 23rd. This includes the First Responders 5k race, the "Best of the Eagles" concert in the park, and the 100th Anniversary Fireworks.

GOOD NEWS
The fireworks have been rescheduled for Friday, September 29th at 9:00pm at Independence Park following the Riverdale PBA Movie Night to be held from 7:30pm-9:00pm.

We look forward to seeing you next Friday and thank you in advance for your understanding.

The Pompton Lakes Cardinals had a great season this year. Unfortunately it came to an end today.  The Lady Cardinals were 2023 county champs and 2023 league champs.  We are so proud of you.
