Ok VVA Chapter #242 and Our Vietnam Dunkin Donuts Veteran, were invited to the Harold Washington Library. Where the 50,000+ Dog Tags are hanging from the ceiling. They were first at the Chicago Vietnam Veterans Art Museum at 1801 S. Indiana, some years back, but that building was being sold, so they were put in storage boxes for a few years. Then put up at the Harold Washington Library. But now they are going to come down again, and are going to be located at the Pritzker Military Museum & Library, Kenosha, WI. That date is not confirmed as to when they are going to be placed there. But these pictures are from Tuesday 19th of May, 2026. When two busses were provided to take the above Veterans and guest downtown Chicago, to view them there for the last time. Some of these Vietnam Veterans and family members had neve been down to see them. So enjoy the the pictures of that morning. The stories will be at the pictures.
