Team Kinnic Falls had a great time attending the Annual Chamber Golf Tournament yesterday! It ended up a beautiful, sunny day filled with networking & fun on the greens!

At Kinnic Falls, recovery is more than treatment alone. It’s about rebuilding lives and creating spaces where people can learn how to truly live again in sobriety. Few people embody that mission more fully than our counselor, Christy.💙
Aside from her meaningful work at Kinnic Falls, Christy volunteers with Peer Perspective, where she is Board Vice President for Ashley’s House. Ashley’s House, opened in January 2026, is a sober living community for women with children - the first of it’s kind in River Falls.

Even though Mental Health Awareness month is ending, we will continue to advocate for and practice whole-person care. Healing from mental health and substance use disorder is not just the absence of symptoms. It is a stable home, meaningful connection, and the tools to move forward.
At Kinnic Falls, our experienced clinicians and care teams bring expertise, compassion, and evidence-based practices to every step of the recovery journey.

To support our growing mission, Kinnic Falls is hiring an Outpatient Behavioral Health Billing & Administrative Specialist.

This crucial role will support billing, revenue cycle operations, and clinic administration for our substance use disorder (SUD) and mental health outpatient services as well as backup support for HR and payroll functions.

Ideal candidates bring experience with behavioral health documentation, Medicaid and payer requirements, confidentiality standards, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

We had a great day yesterday at our annual staff retreat!
We enjoyed lots of good conversation, plenty of laughs, and time together outside of the usual day-to-day. We spent the afternoon learning, reflecting, and discussing our mission, why we do what we do, and how we can keep showing up for our community with compassion and expertise.
Days like this remind us how important it is to step back and appreciate each other and the work we do everyday. This crew is what makes Kinnic Falls great, and we couldn't be more proud!💙

Congratulations to our friends at Our Neighbors' Place, Inc. on their groundbreaking ceremony and a successful Our Neighbors’ Day event! 🎉

We’re grateful to partner with organizations like Our Neighbors’ Place that help meet the everyday needs of our clients and strengthen our community. Through their thrift store, The Closet_River Falls, our clients are able to receive vouchers for free clothing and essential items during their recovery journey. They are open for the public to purchase low-cost clothing, too!
