Bonus convention day! Grace and Kara attended the Macon day trip before flying home. The tour went to Riverside Historic Cemetery where one of our founders, Martha Hardaway Redding, was buried. We were able to see her headstone and leave a carnation!

We then headed to Wesleyan College where Phi Mu was founded! Although the main campus has moved slightly, many Phi Mu artifacts are still proudly on display. The historian/librarian is a Phi Mu and met us there on a Sunday to share some of the many Phi Mu items that are preserved in the library. We also visited a few landmarks on campus as well!

If you’re interested in seeing more Phi Mu artifacts, she shared that many are preserved and shared on their online archive!

Final day of Phi Mu Fraternity 2026 Convention! We finished up our final business meeting, had brunch, ritual services, a little Zeta Sigma time, and Phi Mu Foundation reception and Carnation Banquet where the new National Officers were installed.

We will see you in Dallas for the 2028 Phi Mu Convention!

As we wrap up Convention, we just want to give a special shout out to the newest Past National President and Zeta Sigma sister Lynn Storlien McGraw! Lynn presided over the last 4 years with dignity and grace and always had what was best for the members and the Fraternity at the front of mind.

Lynn, we are so proud of you and your accomplishments and we are so honored to call you our sister and friend! Welcome back hΦMe!!!

Convention day 3! Business meetings to vote on bylaw changes, alumnae luncheon, CMN hospital celebration, workshops, free night for dinner, and Trestrella! We can’t believe how fast convention is going!

Convention updates day 1 and 2:

We arrived in Atlanta on Wednesday and attended the Atlanta Braves baseball game!

Thursday we kicked off our business meeting, had our sisterhood luncheon, Phi Mu Foundation meeting, and then headed to Phi Mu Fraternity headquarters for food truck dinner and tours!

We can’t wait for more convention fun!

This morning, our Zeta Sigma sister and Phi Mu Fraternity National President Lynn Storlien McGraw opened the 59th National Convention! Happy convention, sisters! We are so excited to kick off the 175th anniversary celebration!

Congratulations to Abbi for receiving this year’s Sacred Heart award!

The chapter also did a 3D ceremony for Arnica and Morgan who are both transferring colleges in the fall.
