Vermont Elks Association Vermont Elks support local charities. Our Major project is the Silver Towers Camp for people with disabilities.

Each year, Vermont Elks donate more then $1,200,000 to State and Local charities, and volunteer over 30,000 hours to programs that support our youth, Veterans, and the less fortunate throughout the State. The Camp is the chief charitable project of the Vermont Elks Association, which has owned and operated Silver Towers since 1958. It is among the first of its kind in the United States, and still remains one of the very few. An overnight retreat for those with mental and physical challenges, the camp demands more focused attention than others, and thus has a high ratio of counselors to campers to accommodate the special needs of the campers. Some of the activities (but not all) that we do at camp: Horse Back riding, Wagon Rides, Story Telling, Hiking, Arts & Crafts, Swimming, Nature, Music, Theater, Cooking, Indoor sports (Bowling, Basketball, Ping Pong, Billiards), Outdoor sports (Soccer, Bocce, Kickball, Softball, Field Games, Bean Bag Toss) and many others. 🎄🎄Ugly Sweater Gala🎄🎄
This is not limited to just wearing sweaters !!( t-shirts, sweatshirts, dresses, suits etc. anything clothing that has Christmas on it. )
Also if any one has any xtra of the above kicking around from previous party’s you may have went to. We would love you to donate them to the lodge!! If you want them back after the Gala just label what you drop off. There will be a donation box set up at the lodge!! Please drop them off as soon as you can. We appreciate your help in making this another festive party 🎄
