We have decided to extend our operations until the end of December 2024. This extension will allow us to continue our Blessing Bags mission and ensure a smooth closure with the IRS and State.

📢 Update from the Director 📢

Dear Community,

I hope this message finds you well. The Director recently addressed some important updates that we want to share with you:

1️⃣ Due to unforeseen circumstances, some team members had to step down, leaving the Director to manage everything alone, amidst personal challenges.

2️⃣ Regrettably, the team dissolution has led to the consideration of shutting down the nonprofit by June 30th, 2024, as rebuilding the team became challenging for the Director.

3️⃣ However, the Director is committed to keeping the nonprofit alive. If the situation changes before June 30th, every effort will be made to continue our mission.

4️⃣ Blessing bags at our current locations (check kind-initiative.org) will continue until June 30th. Also, the Student Of Integrity Award will be presented to Ripley Scholars for their kindness and compassion.

5️⃣ For any questions, reach out through our website, social media, or email at [email protected]. Allow up to 48 hours for a response; rest assured, all queries will be answered promptly.
