📝 Position: Service Coordinator
👶 Program: WV Birth to Three
📍 Service Areas:
Boone, Braxton, Cabell, Clay, Fayette, Greenbrier, Lincoln, McDowell, Mercer, Mingo, Monroe, Nicholas, Pocahontas, Roane, Summers, Wayne & Webster Counties
💻 Job Type: Home visiting
⏰ Hours:
* Flexible: Days, late afternoons, evenings — part-time at first as caseload builds, with full-time opportunities
* Training (virtual & in-person): Daytime, evenings, weekends
💵 Pay: varies based on experience
🌱 What You’ll Do:
✅ Coordinate and lead teams supporting families of young children
✅ Help families understand and navigate WV Birth to Three services
✅ Develop and monitor Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)
✅ Link families with community resources, activities, and supports
✅ Support families through transitions out of the program
📌 Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in an approved human services field (social work, education, nursing, psychology, etc.)
✔ OR bachelor’s in any field with 9 hours of approved related coursework
✔ OR parent of a child (age 3+) who received WV Birth to Three or Preschool Special Education services (with high school diploma or GED)
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Home office with reliable internet and phone
✔ Reliable transportation for appointments
✔ Willingness to complete required certification

This program is designed for autistic and special needs children and provides them the opportunity to have their picture taken with Santa Claus. No long lines, loud music and other distractions.
