Sustainable Skys hopes to provide the public with knowledge of how the majority of visible emissions are being monitored and regulated within the United States and around the world. It was founded by Allison Dolan a Virtual Technology Visible Emissions Consultant and an official SMOKE READER. That's right... a Smoke Reader also known as an Opacity Reader goes to a "Smoke School" also known as an O

pacity Certification every 6 months to recalibrate their eyeballs to be able to read the percentage of smoke coming out of a stack, vent, pipe, etc. Sustainable Skys was founded in part by Virtual Technology LLC, the leader in digital opacity monitoring. VT LLC wanted release a more user friendly version of their Digital Opacity Compliance System Second Generation (DOCS II) application for the public to be able to document emission sources.
