The Rio Linda Elverta Youth Center is pleased to invite the community to a special presentation this Thursday evening.

We are excited to host Andy Takhar, a local developer and business owner, as he shares details regarding the Rio Linda Am/Pm project. This project, currently moving through the Sacramento County planning process, is located at the northwest corner of Elkhorn Blvd and Marysville Blvd and is slated to include a car wash and two fast-food locations.

This meeting offers a fantastic, low-pressure opportunity for residents to view the project plans and speak directly with the owner outside of the formal constraints of a County planning meeting.
