The Hope and Help Center of Starr County, Methodist health Ministries, and South Texas Community Council.Would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Elisa Pena for her outstanding support in helping us coordinate this meeting at the Starr County Hospital. Together we made it possible to have our elected officials from Starr County, the health care team,emergency response,law enforcement, local government and community organizations.
This meeting provided an valuable opportunity for open discussion, collaboration, and the sharing of ideas focused on identifying and addressing the most pressing needs of our Starr County community. We truly appreciate everyone who participated and contributed.
Together, through partnership and collaboration, we can continue building a stronger, healthier, and more connected Starr County Community.Thank you all for your dedication for serving our community.

Hope and Help Center of Starr se complace en invitarlos a Nuestra Clínica ambulante de el Sur de Texas Planificación Familiar el proximo 9 de Julio de 10 a 2:00 p.m. Donde podrán hombres y mujeres que sean adultos. Obtener estos servicios GRATIS. Estaran ofreciendo laboratorios y medicamentos. Tambien estaran colaborando con nosotros el equipo South Texas Research Institute para checar el HÍGADO. Llamamos al 956.263.1307 estaremos esperando tu llamada. No dejen que estos servicios que son gratis se vayan de Nuestro Condado apoyemos para seguir sirviendo💞🙏

Hoy en el Hope and Help Center of Starr County, nuestro programa Tender Moments unió a la comunidad en una hermosa celebración para Ms. Jaylene y su familia que está creciendo. 💕
Con el apoyo de Nuestros Lideres de la Comunidad,Texas Regional Bank, Texas A&M Colonias Program y Medicare Store, hicimos posible este hermoso baby shower.
Estamos muy agradecidos con todas las personas que contribuyeron con los arreglos de comida, regalos y apoyo para la próxima llegada de su bebé. Gracias por ayudarnos a llevar amor, esperanza y unión a nuestra comunidad. 💙👶✨

We are beyond grateful to have been part of this family’s journey at the Hope and Help Center House, Commissioner Eleazar Velasquez and Constable Jose Garza Papajoe help us with their collaboration. During a difficult time in their lives, we were able to provide them with temporary housing, clothing, food, materials, and support when they needed it the most.
Today, we are very happy to see them moving forward and now able to rent a home of their own. Their gratitude reminds us why we continue serving our community with love, compassion, and hope.
At the Hope and Help Center of Starr, we believe every family deserves a second chance, a safe place, and people who care. Seeing this family smile again is a true blessing for all of us. ❤️ Always Remember You Gave Hope they found Home Thank you Lord.

Una Historia de Ayuda, Vivienda y Nuevos Comienzos

Gracias a la compasión y el apoyo de la Casa Hope and Help Center, y al Apoyo de Nuestro Comisionado Eleazar Velasquez y el Contestables Jose Garza Papajoe. Esta hermosa familia ahora tiene un lugar seguro al que pueden llamar hogar.

Fue un honor caminar junto a ellos, brindándoles no solo vivienda temporal, sino también ropa, materiales y alimentos durante su tiempo de necesidad.

Hoy, ya están establecidos en una casa que ahora pueden rentar y llamar suya, y sus corazones están llenos de gratitud.

Así es como luce la esperanza.
