One cannot inspire others if your own cup is not full, so we were so elated to fully sponsor our two power horse CTRIs to attend this year’s PATH conference!! We feel so lucky to not only have such incredibly talented people on our team, but also ones with equally generous and genuine hearts that make Dreamweaver an inclusive and safe space for all. And as always, a gratitude tribute to our mentors, Octavia and George who modeled this spirit of kindness and care for students at TRAC TRAC and to Karen Brittle who continues to do so each day.

Last Saturday was our first Dream Riders session of the 2026-2027 term, and it was equally joyful, inspiring, magical, and full of gratitude (from both the riders and their families and our DW team serving the riders). We feel so lucky to have our Dream Riders program in our barn and to be part of such a thriving and beautiful community of special needs children and families!

We’re hoping to receive a grant to offer our scholarship family farm camps next year, so please send us happy vibes and well wishes!! Dreamweaver is a 501c3 non-profit and always looking for donors to support our programs! 🌈

Without our sponsored soft ride boots, Elsa the mini therapy horse would not be able to participate comfortably in our wellness programs, so we are so grateful to be a barn and to offer empowerment groundwork classes to the special needs community!

Here, Elsa is supporting one of our participants in a Tri County CMO sponsored summer camp because horses and the summer camp experience should be part of every child’s life, no matter the circumstance or obstacle.

And we just got word that we might be getting another sponsored camp for next summer! 🤞🤞

The incredible Tri County CMO sponsored an entire summer camp week for their families at the farm, complete with their own tie-dyed DW t-shirts! This experience certainly filled our buckets as well, especially when students commented that they felt “safe” and “the horses were their best friends,” as well as connecting amongst themselves and sharing contact info because we are stronger when we are hand in hand! For so many, riding horses and even summer camp is not readily accessible so Tri County CMO is truly changing lives.

Dreamweaver is honored always to partner with Tri County CMO because their magical team brings resources together to meet the needs of all their families for children with complex behavioral, social, developmental, and mental health challenges. 🌈

Many thanks to Dr. Jenn Purina Horse for sponsoring Ella’s new Soft-Ride Equine Comfort Boots boots and helping our unicorn mini therapy feel just a little more comfortable and sound! Elsa is a great size, not just for our smallest dreamers, but for participants in our perennial senior program or adult caregiver program where we might feel just a bit too intimidated just yet by the big horse but feel safer with Elsa.

Always feeling so grateful to the Baldwin Foundation for sponsoring an entire week of summer camp for our riders with special needs! Our DW mission has always been to close the gap, to open access to farm wellness and horses to the 99% in an industry that’s usually only enjoyed by the top 1%, to ensure that our barn is an inclusive space that feels welcoming to all types of families no matter the background.

We spent the week riding the therapy ponies with the most incredible herd of human unicorn volunteers, gardening and meditations in the forest, painting horses and reinforcing positive self talk and affirmations, practicing stewardship with the goats and donkeys, and just making summer core memories! We can’t wait for our last week of camp with Tri County CMO and then our Dream Riders, therapeutic riding program for children with special needs, begins in September!! Come volunteer if you aspire to make a true human impact 🩶
