The video featuring the young man wheelchair is being finalized and will be posted soon. We’re also preparing to deliver a bath chair to help provide him with even more comfort and independence. Thank you to JC Lewis Forward for the warm welcome while we were there.

We’re grateful for the kindness shown during our visit as well—including the opportunity for the young man to take a ride in one of their F1 50s, which brought a big smile to his face. To everyone who donated toward the veterans efforts yesterday, thank you. And to the lady who contributed $10 through Cash App in the comments—please know that your $10 helped push us past the $300 mark, enabling us to support him. We truly appreciate you and everyone who gave what they could.

I also want to address a question someone asked me the other day: how I stay so confident that things will work out. I’m not always fully confident in every moment, but I know we’re doing God’s work. I also believe that God continues to take care of the details—both for me and for our community.

Lastly, my Meta sunglasses fundraiser is still active, and I’m planning to take clearer, better videos so you can see progress and updates. We’re currently at 130, thanks to everyone who has contributed so far.

Hi Wish to Walk Foundation—I'm reaching out with a direct request to support a veteran who recently lost his job, has now found new employment, but will not receive pay for the next two weeks. During this gap, he needs a small amount of assistance to cover essential family needs, including food.

I’m meeting with him tomorrow afternoon and plan to provide help in the form of a gift card so he can immediately get what’s needed. If you’re able to contribute, your support would make a meaningful difference during this short but difficult period.

We just had another donation thanks to everyone that has donated and means a lot. We've got $100 right now. It adds up quickly. Will be some different ways that you can donate I had someone reach out to me and tell me that they would consider donating, but they don't like the GoFundMe gets their cut of it and that's understandable.

We wanted to share a quick update regarding the young man who needed the wheelchair. Thank you to JC Lewis for stepping up and purchasing the batteries outright, and to everyone who donated before we knew JC Lewis Ford would come through as well.

All donations were used as intended. In addition to securing the batteries, some funds were applied toward obtaining a better charger, which will charge the batteries faster and more reliably—something that would not have been possible without your support and belief in the mission.

None of this would have happened without community involvement. Mike, I’ve said from the beginning that together we can move mountains. There are moments when we don’t know how everything will come together, but faith in our community—and in one another—makes the difference.

Tomorrow, we will post a video showing the batteries being installed and the wheelchair being tested. We may include it together with the delivery video if we’re allowed to record that moment.

Thank you to everyone who stepped up, whether your contribution was large or as simple as $10. It all adds up, and it directly changes someone’s ability to move forward.

To our community, Bubba here. I’m reaching out with a specific request for the foundation: we are preparing to provide an electric wheelchair to a boy who is ready to begin school

The wheelchair is being arranged now, and the remaining requirement is two batteries. The supplier indicated they would help, but the batteries still have a cost of $250. At present, we’re working to have the chair delivered by Friday, and every contribution—whether small or large—makes a real difference. For example, if multiple people donate $20 at a time, the total can reach the full amount needed.

If you are able to donate, please choose a method that suits you best. We will share several donation options, and contributions can be made in ways that are easiest for you.

We truly appreciate your support and kindness. We believe God will provide, and we are grateful for every person who helps us meet this deadline.

Hello from the Wish to Walk Foundation!

We have an urgent need for donations.
At the bottom of this post you see one of the chairs that we were trying to actively repair and get back out to another worthy recipient.

Firstly, an update on how your giving and support have been used so far:
Through previous donations we have been able to supply a Veteran with tires for their Rollator walker and give a child with autism a specially designed stroller complete with brand new tires.

Now onto our latest project:
Through donations of scrap metal we have already self-funded roughly $500 toward this project and are attempting to raise $1,500 more to finish purchasing parts for this chair by Friday June 19th and begin rebuilding this chair to get it out to another community member with mobility issues as soon as possible.

For everyone who would like to donate we have several avenues. You can either find our Cashapp at $wishtowalk, and we do have GoFundMe and several others just message me and I'll give those to you without a problem at If you would prefer to use a bank, you can go to Truist bank and ask to make a deposit to the Wish to Walk Foundation account.
