Hey everyone! The Wish to Walk Foundation is looking for more metal or donations for batteries for an electric scooter for a lady in Springfield, GA. We are hoping to get them by the end of the week and deliver it this weekend. If you can help, please do, as we are busier than ever trying to hit the ground running for 2026! We have many ways you can donate including monetary and metal donations from aluminum cans to cars to ac units. Thank you to everyone that helps us! You are the difference makers and we are so blessed to have so many people who are willing to help! Thank you so much!!

The Wish to Walk family and the Shaw family wish you a Happy Thanksgiving. May this holiday serve as a reminder that even in challenging times, there is always something to be grateful for. We took a break for Thanksgiving and are looking forward to reconnecting with those we were unable to reach before the holiday. Thank you for your generous donations; we are close to reaching our goal for the four families. May you be blessed. We also extend our gratitude to service members and first responders who are unable to spend the holiday with their loved ones; you are in our hearts and prayers.

Hey guys! We are going to be at the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department from 11 am to 1 pm tomorrow! We hope to give out some wheelchairs and walkers, and to talk to the community. Come out and support your local charity! Also, there will be food trucks and other people from the community. Please come by and get some lunch!! Thank you!

Good afternoon guys quick update from us here at wish to walk we were able to give out a bath chair to somebody in need no names will be included in this post. We got an influx of walkers and wheelchairs from the American Legion. I promised them that they would go to good use so I am putting a post out letting you know that I have them. We also have a couple bath chairs if you want to help please message us and you can help I have graciously have people now tagging me in Metal pick ups because I can’t see everything all the time so that helps out a lot so anybody that wants to do that please continue.
