We are heading home with lots of gold congratulations Rifle FFA you represented well with lots of gold to show for it. We wrap it up with plans of next year and opportunities to compete again it was a great year end. Congratulations Beth M. this years state champion SAE proficiency  for all winner.

Day two was amazing — what a huge accomplishment! Marcus represented us at the state championship and earned a bronze medal. Beth showcased her SAE project and impressed everyone — wow! Our students also shared their talents for all of Colorado to see. Plus, three more students joined the elite group who have received their state degrees. Way to go Maddie B, Arely P, and Madi H an outstanding job!

Colorado FFA state convention 2026 Day one was full of fun, friends, and plenty of chances to shine — courtesy of CORE, volleyball, talent, and the commit meeting. Arely made history by representing us in the first-ever Spanish creed competition, placing 5th in the state — way to go, girl! Day two looks to be just as awesome.

Here we go! Representation for the Rifle FFA chapter! We are so excited to see Marcus compete for his very LAST competition as a FFA member! We are so incredibly proud of how far this young man has come and we cant wait to see how far he goes! GO ERPE!!!😁💛💙

FFA AUCTIONEER FINALIST CONTESTANT SPOTLIGHT:

Marcus Erpestad, is a dedicated member of the Rifle FFA Chapter, and is currently a Senior. This is his 2nd year participating in the Colorado FFA Auctioneering CDE competition. As a third-year member of FFA, Marcus has actively engaged in various CDE events, showcasing his skills and passion for auctioneering.

He is eager to develop meaningful relationships, enhance his skills, and compete at the highest level in this prestigious event. Marcus is one of the Top 10 Finalist from the Preliminary Auction Competition that was held in January as part of the annual, Colorado Auctioneers Association convention and proceeds to the 2026 Colorado FFA Auctioneering CDE Championship that will be held on June 3, 2026, at the Occhiato Student Center Ballroom at CSU Pueblo.

Marcus's dedication and drive reflect his commitment to excellence and growth within the FFA community.

These kids have put the time and effort to ensure they had plenty to sell to you! All plants were grown from seeds and taken care of to supply everyone with wonderful plantlings for the start of the gardening season! Rifle FFA Had an amazing day at the 2026 District 2 CDE contest. All the kids showed up and showed out and made their advisors so proud of all the hard work and dedication that they have put towards their CDEs!
We competed in 5 separate contests and the results are in!🥳

First up in the AG mech contest Rifle took 1ST place as a team! We had Ty Clark as a high individual taking 2nd place over all and Tyler Miernicki taking 4th over all! GO BOYS!🛠️🛠️

Next in the Food Science contest Rifle again took 1ST place as a team! We had Aaron Walden take 1st over all, and Simone Maness right behind him in 2nd! WHOOP!🎂🎂

In the Vet Science contest Rifle took 1ST place as a team, they killed it! We had Reagan Lenard place 1st over all for that contest!🐱🐶

Although we competed in 5 contests we didn’t have full teams for the other two! But that doesn’t mean they didn’t put it all out there and try their absolute best!

In Livestock Judging we had one of our Freshman competing for Rifle all by herself and she made us proud! Baylie Johnson took home 11th place over all! Good job!🐮🐥

And last but not least was our Floriculture girls! With two competing today and both landing in the top half of the contest! You go ladies!🌸

All in all we are so proud of how our members competed today! A proud day for Rifle FFA!💛💙💛💙💛💙💛

Big thanks to Colorado Auctioneers Association for hosting this years state qualifier and when it was over Rifle was well represented Erp will continue to the state contest in June landing in the top 10! Ty was 11th and just missed but was still a great job. CDE season in full swing and rifle is doing great things
