-Magnetar bottom bolts + permadras added

Other cleanup work:
-trash pick-up from all crags
-attempts to remove excess of chalk on Feline and Choss Family
-old draws removal from Primordium and several individual nylon draws and biners on other routes

CLIMBERS' FESTIVAL "RENDEZ-SPEW" - September 15, 2018

Do you love climbing in Rifle? Are you slacking on the job due to daydreams about awesome sends? Do you lose sleep rehearsing the beta of your newest project? If so, you might suffer from Rifleitis; a rare but curable condition that is particularly prevalent in the Spring and Fall. Suggested treatments include volunteering at the upcoming Rendez-Spew. Many fellow climbers have found that volunteering helps reduce the symptoms of Rifleitis significantly. This year (September 15th) we need your help with the following tasks:

-Bridge re-building at the Bauhaus;
-Tent platforms within the campground - sites 1 and 2;
-Installing signs and maintaining the trails;
-Belay stations cleanups;
-Hold cleaning: brushes will be provided and we ask that all climbers take the opportunity to brush off their favorites routes.

Any bit helps: one hour, four hours, the whole day. Afterward, please join us for FREE beer, food, bonfire, and music, fundraising silent auction and raffle.
While we cannot guarantee this will resolve your Rifleitis but it will give you good karma and perhaps that will help you send your project!

Rifle Climbers Festival

When you come to Rifle to climb...do you ever think about the 25 years passed since the first route was climbed in Rifle on lead...? When you walk in the canyon, do you think about all these people who climbed here, camped, bolted new routes, cleared bases of cliffs, built bridges, traced paths, leveled belaying stages...?
That one day of the year...we ask you to breath, look back, be thankful to what was done and suspend your selfishness, to hang your fever for sending on a hook of pride and submerge in the stream of history of Rifle, to imprint your presence and give back.
That day is August 27th.
Rifle Climbers' Festival "Rendez-Spew".
Spew your affection to this crag and join our coalition for fun, project work and climbing. That one day, don't be discouraged by crowds, make the crowd bigger, be one of many in this community.

- The weekend of Aug 27/28 will be busy. We ask you to make it busier than ever! That one weekend of the season, please plan to show loving to Rifle Canyon and lend your hand with projects.
- Bring your bike!!! Commute to crags by bike!! Let's start new fashion! We will make a bike parade at 3pm that day!
- We will block a few parking spots at Ruckman for vendors on Sat 27th - shoe demos will start at 10am.
- Work projects will start at 1pm so everybody has a chance to do a few pitches that day.
- Group campsite - free camping 2 nights Fri 26 and Sat 27 (20 vehicles limit).
- For some crazy fun - speed comps: Rehabilitator 11d (top rope) in am hours (can it be done in 1 minute?) and Pumporama 13a (lead) 4-6pm - we will try to break Hermann's record of 2'35 on it!!! We will time you...or come to watch and cheer!

The Rifle Mountain Park climber clean-up is August 27, 2011. In addition, the Game of SPEW will determine who is Rifle's best climber!
