Well, the Space to Create Ridgway is complete and occupied! The Town of Ridgway is proud to have partnered with ArtSpace and many others to bring the county's first affordable housing complex to life. We welcome the residents, new and old, with open arms, and look forward to being in the community with you for years to come!

Since this page was dedicated to updates during the formation of Space to Create, its purpose has now been fulfilled. We plan to decommission this page on December 16.

Ridgway Space to Create Two-Day Application Kick-Off Event

Ridgway, CO – Artspace Projects, Inc. (Artspace), the non-profit developer of the Ridgway Space to Create Project, will host an application kick-off event at Ridgway Town Hall on Monday, May 2nd and Tuesday, May 3rd from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.

Artspace staff and members of the property management team at Asset Living will be available to meet in person and answer questions from prospective applicants. You can schedule a time to meet at https://artspacespacetocreate.skedda.com/. Please note that there will also be some windows left open for walk-in guests who did not schedule a time online. For anyone who joins the kick-off event, they are welcome to complete their application on-site or submit it at a later time.

There are three ways to submit your completed application:

1. In-person during the two-day application kick-off event

2. Via email to [email protected]

3. Via USPS Mail to:

Applications will be available online at https://www.artspace.org/ridgway starting on Friday, April 29th. However, they will not be accepted until Monday, May 2nd.

Rental applications for Ridgway's Space to Create will be available on ArtSpace's leasing page, Friday, April 29!

ArtSpace will begin accepting applications Monday May 2. Specialists will be in Town Hall May 2 and 3, from 8am to 5pm to assist with the application process. Go to their leasing page for more details and to sign up for email notifications. https://www.artspace.org/ridgway
