RSV can be especially serious for premature babies, infants, and children with certain medical conditions. This month, The Valley Hospital NICU reminds families that simple steps can help protect our littlest ones.

🧡Wash hands often before touching your baby.
🧡Skip the kisses—especially on baby’s face and hands.
🧡Stay home when sick and ask visitors to do the same.
🧡Clean frequently touched surfaces and toys.
🧡Limit close contact with people who are sick.
🧡Keep babies away from cigarette and v**e smoke. 🧡Talk with your baby’s healthcare provider about RSV prevention options that may be appropriate for your baby.
