Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers for helping make Sunday's ARTboretum such a success! Over one hundred children searched for famous artwork in the art scavenger hunt, splattered paint on T-shirts (Jackson Po***ck style), adorned tree branches with fabric to create our own version of Christo's "The Gates", created Goldsworthy-type sculptures using materials found in nature, and much, much, more! The Thielke Arboretum was the perfect venue and Mother Nature gave us a fabulous fall weather day. If you'd like to help maintain the Arboretum, please call 201-675-0947. They would love to have you! Volunteers are needed Tuesdays and Saturdays from 9am - noon. Thanks again to all for a wonderful day!
